So I decided to take my Bear Grylls knife out for a little hike today and decided to make a spear like Bear makes in his show. It's fairly simple and very affective. It basically quadruples your killing area. Very smart.

Spoon
I took a challenge I read about on Blade Forum to try and make a spoon with nothing but my Becker Bk2. Of course it's not gonna be perfect but it can get the job done. It's amazing how versatile this knife is.

Relaxing next to the fire
I have a little fire ring out back of my house and when I get free time like will go back and build a little fire to relax next to. On this particular occasion I was testing out my Gerber Bear Grylls knife. I processed a decent amount of wood. It did pretty well.
Survival Knives
Sat down the other day to do a little knife testing/comparison. These are some of my survival knives. All great knives. The Becker Bk2 is my favorite. It's got so many good characteristics. The Fallkniven F1 is a close second. Its by far the sharpest one but also the most expensive. And finally I have the Cold Steel SRK and the Gerber Bear Grylls knife. Both are good knives.

For how thick this knife is it does a very good firestick. every time I take this knife out I fall more in love with it. you will find out from my future posts that I'm not lying and I am kinda obsessed with it.
